My journey as a Transformational Coach began many years ago when I realized, after more than a decade in leadership roles in NYC money center banks, though very successful, that I was not personally fulfilled. I was not aligned with my true purpose.
In order to find and engage my purpose, I was called on a journey to align my heart and mind. As I walked this path of integrity and integration, aligning with what I most cared about, I was able to take greater risks in offering my gifts to the world.
I have now been leading workshops, coaching engagements and team journeys for more than 20 years. I work with leaders across a broad range of organizations, some in professional service firms like McKinsey, Ernst and Young; tech-based start-ups like Peloton and PageUp; as well as forward thinking non-profits like Robinhood Foundation and Rethink Food. With all these clients I have facilitated them coming to greater awareness and alignment, thereby increasing their ability to lead creatively and powerfully.
Ever since I was a child growing up on Long Island, I have sought out the wilderness. I discovered I was most at home in the splendor of the natural world. Following this passion, I pursued vision quests and wilderness solos in deserts, canyons and rainforests where I directly experienced the transformative power of nature. Over time, my transformational coaching has become rooted in and informed by this connection with nature.

I now live in Rosendale, a small town in upstate NY (a couple of hours from New York City), with my partner, and our animal family. We love hiking, kayaking, biking, cooking and attending cultural events.
